Serena Lu

Serena Lu has diverse work experience in the pharmacy industry. Serena began their career as a Pharmacy Assistant (Manager in Training) at The Green Leaf Pharmacies, where they gained expertise in customer service, visual merchandising, and pharmacy operations. Serena quickly excelled in their role and was promoted to Pharmacy Manager in Training within a month. Later, Serena joined Onslow Road Drive-In Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Manager, where they were responsible for buying retail and store products, optimizing sales strategies, and increasing department sales through visual merchandising. Currently, Serena is working as a Director at Home Instead Australia, where they are utilizing their skills and knowledge to contribute to the company's success.

Serena Lu completed their Bachelor's Degree in Science at the University of Sydney from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Methodist Ladies' College from 2000 to 2012. In 2010, Serena also participated in a 3-month Japanese exchange program at Kobe College.
