Dzenefa Kocan has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in human resources and coordination roles. Currently serving as the HR-coördinator and Caregiver-coördinator at Home Instead Thuisservice since September 2020, Dzenefa previously worked as an Intercedente at Maxflex, where responsibilities included recruiting staff, maintaining compliance with labor agreements, and managing client communications. Dzenefa also gained experience through an internship at F&L Publishing Group in editorial tasks and held positions at Logikos Trainingen and DVJ Insights.
