Pamela Brown, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 19 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Pamela is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Home of the Innocents. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Family Allergy & Asthma. Pamela also gained experience as the HR Co-Chair for the Mid-Atlantic Goodwill Industries Coalition at Goodwill Industries International. Furthermore, they served as the Director of Human Resources and Leadership & Organizational Development Leader at Goodwill Industries of Kentucky. Before that, Pamela held the positions of Senior Director of Human Resources & Talent and Head of Learning & Development at Payment Alliance International. Pamela also worked at Kindred Healthcare as the Corporate Manager of IS Training and Implementations, Regional Director of Human Resources, and District Director of Human Resources. Pamela began their career as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Humana.
Pamela Brown, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a degree in Applied Psychology with a focus on HR Development from Bellarmine University. Additionally, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in September 2009 and the SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in August 2013.

Serving more than 10,000 children and their families last year, programs include residential and community-based clinical treatment services, crisis and intervention services, therapeutic foster care and adoption services, and a pediatric convalescent center for children living with complex medical conditions.
