Kelli Wegener

Kelli Wegener is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Financial Director at First Congregational Church of Crystal Lake since May 2023 and as a Member of the Board of Directors for both The Community Foundation for McHenry County and Home of the Sparrow, Inc. since September and June 2022, respectively. Additionally, Kelli has been a McHenry County Board Member since November 2018. Prior experience includes various roles at First Congregational Church of Crystal Lake from 2008 to 2021, such as Financial Administrator and Sunday School Superintendent. Earlier career highlights include positions as Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager at Board of Trade Clearing Corp. and Controller of Proprietary Trader at TransMarket Group, where Kelli was responsible for significant financial and operational tasks. Kelli holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance with an Accounting minor from Illinois State University.
