Anna Skender

Anna Skender has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Human Resources Intern at The National Academies. Anna then worked as a Research Associate at Morgan Howard in 2006. In 2007, they joined Millennium Challenge Corporation as a Program Analyst in the Human Resources Department, where they also served as the Outreach Representative and Student Internship Program Coordinator. Anna then moved on to Education Pioneers as a National Recruiting Associate, responsible for recruiting graduate students for the summer fellowship program. Anna later joined Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. as a Global Recruiter and eventually became the Global Recruitment Manager. At The Wharton School, they worked as a Senior Admissions Counselor, conducting interviews and collaborating on recruitment strategy. Anna Skender also held the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at Deutsche Bank, leading talent acquisition for their development center. Most recently, they have been with Three Ships as the VP, Chief of Staff and VP, Human Capital, and is currently working at Home Solutions as the VP, Talent.

Anna Skender attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree.
