Aaron Venables is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the biotechnology and scientific sectors. Currently serving as Sales Director at Cambridge Bioscience and Non Executive Director at CellClar, Aaron provides strategic direction and governance while driving sales excellence. Previously, Aaron held various influential positions, including CEO of InsituGen Ltd and Chief Commercial Officer at Sampled and Fluidic Analytics, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, commercialization, and operational delivery. Additionally, Aaron has a long-standing commitment to the charitable sector, acting as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Home-Start Cambridgeshire since 2013. Aaron's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Essex.
