Currently serving as Sales Director at Cambridge Bioscience and Non Executive Director at CellClar, Aaron provides strategic direction and governance while driving sales excellence. Previously, Aaron held various influential positions, including CEO of InsituGen Ltd and Chief Commercial Officer at Sampled and Fluidic Analytics, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, commercialization, and operational delivery. Additionally, Aaron has a long-standing commitment to the charitable sector, acting as Chair of the Board of Trustees at Home-Start Cambridgeshire since 2013. Aaron's educational background includes a BSc (Hons) in Biochemistry from the University of Essex.

Welcome to Home-Start Cambridgeshire. Home-Start is the UK’s leading family support charity; a voluntary organisation offering support to families who have at least one child under five when family life becomes difficult. All round the country local schemes recruit and train volunteers to support local families with young children at home. Our mission at Home-Start Cambridgeshire is to give every child in the best possible start in life, by empowering parents with the skills, knowledge and emotional resilience to raise their children to flourish. We achieve this by offering targeted, compassionate, confidential , volunteer-led home-visiting & group support to any family who needs it. We help families by building their resilience to better cope with a range of diverse issues such as isolation, postnatal illness, multiple births, disability, bereavement or those who are just finding parenting a struggle. We provide practical and emotional support to help build a family’s confidence.
