Jonathan Hung has been working in the finance and venture capital industry since 2007. Jonathan began their career at Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor, where they ranked 1st tier in Reach for Excellence (RFE) financial advisor trainee program based on assets and revenue. Jonathan then moved to UBS Wealth Management where they provided consultations for clients on wealth management strategies based on their financial and investment objectives. In 2011, they became the Global Logistics Improvement Group Project Manager at Cummins Inc., where they managed special projects and improved productivity, service, quality, and expense metrics. From 2012 to 2016, they were the Vice President and then President of United Overseas Textile Corporation - Barrage, where they generated over $30 million/year in revenue through clothing sales. In 2016, they became the Managing Member of J Heart Ventures, where they led the due diligence and structuring of prospective investments in support of improved return performance. In 2020, they co-founded Team Kitchens, where they served as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and created and delivered exceptional restaurant experiences. Finally, in 2021, they co-founded Kitchen Data Systems.
Jonathan Hung attended The Wharton School from 2015 to 2018, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services. From 2010 to 2011, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and obtained an M.Eng. in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Between 2005 and 2006, they studied at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and obtained an M.Sc. in Theirtory of International Relations. Jonathan completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California in 2005, where they obtained a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
