Tyler Prochnow has over two decades of experience in the business and legal fields. Tyler began their career in 1997 as an Attorney at Lathrop & Gage LLP and General Counsel at the American Teleservices Association. In 2002, they founded Golden Peak Sports and served as its President, General Counsel, and CEO. In 2004, they were the Managing Member and CEO of ACS Properties, LLC and Owner, Managing Partner, and General Counsel of KC Arena Sports & Entertainment, LP. In 2008, they co-founded Think Big Partners, LLC and in 2010 they became the CEO and General Counsel of Leading Edge Technology Solutions, LLC. In 2018, they became an Adjunct Professor at William Jewell College and in 2020 they were appointed President of LaborChart. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed President, COO, and General Counsel of Homebase.
Tyler Prochnow's education history includes a JD from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law from 1992 to 1995, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Oglethorpe University from 1986 to 1988, and attendance at the University of Richmond from 1984 to 1986. Tyler also attended Pace Academy from 1980 to 1984.
