Lauren Lynch

Lauren Lynch has held various positions in the Human Resources field since 2015. Lauren began their career as Program Coordinator for the Alpha Gamma Delta National Sorority at UNCW. In 2016, they took a role as a Server at Carolina Ale House. In 2017, they were Human Resources Association Treasurer at the Cameron School of Business at UNCW and Human Resources Specialist at Wilmington Health PLLC. In this role, they were responsible for managing the on-boarding process, submitting candidates' background checks, preparing orientation materials, and more. In 2020, they were promoted to People Operations Manager and then People Operations Specialist at Next Glass.

Lauren Lynch obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration, Management and Leadership from the University of North Carolina Wilmington between 2014 and 2018. In December 2019, they obtained a SHRM - Essentials of Human Resources certification from SHRM.
