Zhan Shi

Zhan Shi has extensive experience in capital markets and real estate technology, currently serving in a capital markets role at Homebase since November 2022. Prior to this, Zhan was an Assistant Director of New Ventures at Swire Properties, focusing on investments and collaborations with proptech and retail tech partners. Zhan held the position of Global Fund Partner at Vanke, the top real estate developer in China. With earlier roles as a VC Fellow at MetaProp NYC and a VC Associate at Grand Central Tech, Zhan has developed a strong background in venture capital and real estate tech. Additional experiences include internships at FilmNation Entertainment, BlackRock, The Boston Consulting Group, and Discovery Communications. Zhan holds an MBA in Finance, Entertainment, and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business and a degree in Information Management from the University of Maryland.
