Phillip Dolinar

Phillip Dolinar is a finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets, currently serving as Director at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan since August 2022, focusing on high yield portfolio management. Prior to this role, Phillip held the position of Principal in Capital Markets, where responsibilities included managing high yield bonds and leveraged loans. His earlier experience includes serving as a Portfolio Manager at RPIA from January 2016 to April 2022, specializing in credit, and roles in investment banking at BMO Capital Markets from July 2010 to December 2015. Phillip holds a BComm in Finance from Queen's University and has furthered education at the Stockholm School of Economics.
