Danielle Efronson

Director of Customer Success and Support at Homebot

Danielle Efronson has over 10 years of work experience. Danielle began their career in 2012 as an Account Coordinator at Mintz & Hoke Communications Group. In 2013, they joined Wunderkind as a Strategic Account Director, followed by a promotion to Senior Customer Success Manager - Enterprise, and then to Customer Success Manager. In 2020, they joined Melio as Head of Customer Success and was later promoted to Director of Customer Success. During their time at Melio, Danielle scaled the Customer Success team during the COVID-19 pandemic, when the userbase of small business owners skyrocketed. Danielle also launched a team structure and incentive plan designed to support strategic accounts as well as mass market. In 2023, they joined Homebot as Director of Customer Success and Support.

Danielle Efronson holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing from the Consortium Institute of Management and Business Administration (CIMBA) in Paderno del Grappa, Italy.
