Clarisse Tolosa

Manager of Customer Support at Homebot

Clarisse Tolosa has been working in the customer service and administrative support fields since 2017. In 2019, they began working as an Office Administrator at Hanger, Inc., providing administrative support for all aspects of closing a patient visit, managing services in progress, and maintaining clean claims. Later that year, they joined Homebot as a Customer Success Specialist and was promoted to Senior Success Specialist. In this role, they were the primary trainer for all new hires on the Customer Support team, helped with new product adaptations and assisted with training of the new system/change internally, and connected with customers interested in Zapier integration. Prior to this, they worked as a Patient Access Specialist at Northwestern Medicine.

Clarisse Tolosa began their educational journey in 2012 when they earned a Certification in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General from Pivot Point Beauty School-Bloomingdale. Clarisse then attended College of DuPage from 2015 to 2017, where they earned an Associates of Arts degree in General Studies. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Natural Resources and Conservation from Southern New Hampshire University, which they are expected to complete in 2024.
