Matt Mason is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality support and project management within the construction and restoration industries. Currently serving as a Quality Support Specialist at HOMEE, Inc. since August 2021, Matt has previously held roles including Estimate Review Supervisor at Contractor Connection, where responsibilities included supervising multiple review teams and training new reviewers on estimating systems. Prior experience as a Construction & Project Manager at SunCoast Property Management involved overseeing significant renovation projects, managing teams, and negotiating contracts. Additionally, Matt worked as a Lead CSR & First Responder at CRDN of North Florida, responding to damage assessments and managing inventory for textiles. Certifications include IICRC for Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, as well as Xactimate certification.
