Danelle MacDonald

Danelle MacDonald is an experienced professional in business and systems analysis, currently serving as Director of Business and Systems Analysis at HomeEquity Bank since April 2015, where previous roles included Senior Manager and Manager in the same field. Prior to HomeEquity Bank, Danelle held various positions at Arbor Memorial Inc. from 2005 to April 2015, such as Manager of Systems Integration and Development Team Lead. Danelle's career began at IBM Global Services as an IT Specialist, following a role as an IT Consultant at PWC Consulting and a programmer position at Castek Software Inc. Danelle holds a B.Sc. in Psychology, Statistics, and Sociology from Dalhousie University and has completed additional education at the Information Technology Institute.
