Joshua Haley, CPM has a diverse work experience. Joshua began their career at Liberty University in 2010, where they served in various roles such as Associate Director of Retention, Supervisor of Admissions Counselor, and Inquiry of Application Supervisor.

In 2015, Joshua joined Home Leasing as a Regional Leader. In this role, they unified the management of a small, mixed-use commercial portfolio in New York State. Joshua implemented uniform policies and procedures, improving the marketing plan and reducing aged receivables.

Within Home Leasing, Joshua was promoted to several positions, including Director of Compliance, Director of Leasing Operations, and Director of New Communities/Comp. In these roles, they supported regional leaders, the Compliance Department, and site teams. Joshua ensured a smooth transition between development and property management when acquiring new communities, acting as the primary point of contact for developers, syndicators, and state agencies.

Joshua Haley, CPM has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Roberts Wesleyan University. Joshua also holds a certification in Technical Communication from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Furthermore, they have a Master of Arts degree in Religious Studies from Liberty University. In addition to their educational background, Joshua Haley has obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
