Thomas Renauto

Thomas Renauto joined Home Leasing in 2018. He serves as Vice President of Home Leasing Construction. He is responsible for the general oversight and support of on-site project managers and superintendents as well as the construction process and quality control for all Home Leasing Construction projects.

Thomas brings with him 20 years of construction management experience. Prior to joining the Home Leasing team, Thomas held the position of Project Executive for The Krog Group in Buffalo, New York. While at The Krog Group, Thomas’ responsibilities included providing leadership, direction and support to project managers, superintendents and their teams, managing subcontractors and suppliers, and cost monitoring and scheduling. As a Project Executive, Thomas was ultimately responsible for all aspects of project’s success including profitability.

Thomas served as the Executive Director for the Rochester Schools Modernization Program for nearly six years. While in this position, Thomas provided support to the Rochester Joint Schools Construction Board and acted as the liaison between the Program Manager, the Board, the district, and the City of Rochester. Over the course of his career, Thomas has successfully completed over $550M in projects to date in many public and private sectors to include healthcare, education, residential, industrial and environmental remediation.

Thomas graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1994 with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design.
