Nina Vitanza

Nina Vitanza is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and operational management. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Internal Consultant at Homeowners of America Insurance Company since June 2022, Nina oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and effectiveness within HOA operations. Prior to this role, Nina had a long tenure at Allstate, progressing from a Claims Associate to leadership positions, including SOX Program Manager and Senior Consultant, where emphasis was placed on driving continuous improvement and fostering collaborative relationships across departments.
