Xavier Broodthuis

Xavier Broodthuis is a healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and medical delegation. Currently serving as the Agency Manager for home healthcare at HOMEPERF since October 2022, Xavier has focused on team management, organizational oversight, and ensuring adherence to healthcare procedures. Previously, as a Medical Delegate for perfusion and nutrition, Xavier promoted paramedical values and facilitated strong relationships with medical professionals. Prior roles include interim nursing in various healthcare settings, Medical Delegate with Experf Santé à Domicile where technical skills in infusion were honed, and earlier positions in hospital settings including CHRU Lille and the Polyclinique du Bois Lille. Xavier holds a state nursing diploma from the IFSI - Institut de Formation en Soins Infirmiers Catholique de Lille.
