We're growing as a business, and are looking for an ambitious, smart account management superstar to join our team and help take us to the next level. You will have exposure to industry leading fraud tech and work with some of our biggest and most important clients.
As an Account Manager you will:
- Serve as a point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Oversee and communicate progress/initiatives/updates to our customers in line with their feedback
- Identify areas of improvement to communicate internally and drive solution focused changes and projects
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Prepare reports on account status, communicating internally with the Operations and Customer Services teams to do so and delivering these findings and updates to our key accounts
