Giulio Tata

Giulio Tata has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Giulio is currently serving as the Controller and VP of Accounting at HomeRiver Group since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Corporate Controller at Reliant Realty Services LLC from February 2021 to May 2022.

From 2018 to 2020, Giulio was the Vice President of National Operations at Newmark Knight Frank. Before that, they held the position of Corporate Controller/Vice-President of Finance at RKF from June 2012 to September 2018. In this role, they directed the accounting department and implemented various financial management improvements.

Giulio also has experience as a Co-Owner at By the Hudson (BTH) Restaurant & Lounge from September 2014 to August 2016. Giulio served as the Director of Property Management at Brixmor Property Group from January 2011 to June 2012.

During their early career, Giulio worked at Cushman & Wakefield as the Director of Financial Reporting for International Operations from April 1998 to August 2010. Giulio also has a brief work experience at an unspecified company in 1900.

Giulio Tata earned a NYS High School Diploma from Saunders Trades and Technical High School in 1991. Giulio then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Iona University from 1991 to 1995. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Finance from Iona University between 1998 and 2000.
