Joshua Smith

Joshua Smith's work experience includes a variety of leadership positions in the property management and real estate industries. Joshua most recently served as the Vice President of Process Innovation at HomeRiver Group, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they held roles such as Vice President of Centers of Excellence, Vice President of the Eastern Region, and Vice President of Operations at the same company. Before joining HomeRiver Group, Joshua was the Director of Property Management at another company and also served as a Regional Director of Property Management and Property Management Team Leader. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Production Manager/Business Development Manager at Dennis Property Management and held roles as an Affiliate Development Manager and District Manager at Carrington Real Estate Services.

From 2004 to 2009, Joshua Smith attended Harvard University where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Women's Studies.
