Felix Goossens

Felix Goossens has extensive work experience in various roles. From July 2021 to the present, they have been working as an Operations Project Manager at Homerr | Duurzaam verzenden, where they oversee package sorting and related processes in a distribution center that handles 200,000 packages per week. Felix'sresponsibilities include establishing and optimizing new processes, managing and initiating new projects, supervising employees, and handling escalations.

Prior to this role, Felix worked as a Customer Operations Agent at Homerr | Duurzaam verzenden from July 2020 to July 2021. In this position, they analyzed problems and identified their root causes to improve process efficiency.

Furthermore, Felix obtained a propedeuse in logistics management from Hogeschool van Amsterdam in December 2018. Felix also completed a certification in Technical Graph Analysis for Crypto Currencies from the Wyckoff Stock Market Institute, although the specific month of completion is not provided.
