Adelina Peltea

Adelina Peltea is the Chief Operating Officer at Homerun. Adelina has over three years of experience in marketing and growth, most recently as the VP of Growth at Holded. Adelina has also held the role of Interim VP of Marketing at Typeform.com. During their time at Typeform, they were responsible for new business acquisition, scaling marketing channels, and managing a multi-million dollar budget. Adelina coached a team of 20+ people in different areas of marketing. Adelina has a proven track record in growing companies and is excited to continue their work at Homerun.

Adelina has a background in marketing from their Bachelor's Degree at Academia de Studii Economice din București. Adelina also has a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from Nicolae Balcescu High School. After working in marketing for a few years, Adelina decided to further their education by getting certified in Monetization and Growth Fundamentals from Reforge. After completing these programs, they became a certified Coaching Practitioner from Mind Transformations and a HubSpot Inbound Certification.
