Dale Sandilands

Dale Sandilands has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as the Manager of Mergers Acquisition at HomeServe USA since October 2013, overseeing business development and financial analysis for new partner deals and account management. Previously, Dale held the position of Senior Associate at GJN M&A Advisors Generational Equity, providing strategic insights on mergers, sales, and divestitures. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director at CRG Partners, where involvement in early-stage incubation and operational strategy was prominent, and the Vice President of Investments at JPMorgan Chase, where an investment advisory practice was built. Dale began the career as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial, building a client base of 40 clients.
