In their most recent role as Head of HVAC Marketing - Direct Mail & Email at HomeServe USA, Kate is responsible for overseeing marketing strategies for the HVAC sector. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Marketing – Global HVAC at HomeServe Plc, where they focused on defining best practices and driving strategic and tactical support in brand proposition, digital marketing, policy sales, and cross-selling. Kate also served as the Head of Business Operations, Marketing at HomeServe, where they provided support to the CMO and the Marketing leadership team in defining long-term strategies and leading transformation programs. During their tenure at Homeserve Plc, they held the position of Head of Product and Marketing, Global Partnerships, where they developed and delivered compelling product and marketing propositions to launch HomeServe in new territories. Kate Nash (nee Thompson) attended Sandbach High School for their secondary education. Kate then enrolled at the University of the West of England from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies.
