Raj Athreya

Raj Athreya has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Raj began their career as a Commodities Trader at ETA Group of Companies in 1995. Raj then moved on to working as a Management Consultant at Accenture, where they provided consultation on B2B strategy and website creation. Raj then joined Mindtree as a Principal Digital Consultant, where they worked on agile product development projects and managed various start-up engagements. Following this, they worked at cxLoyalty as a Vice President, focusing on transforming the company's BPO offerings and managing multiple product-specific platforms. Raj also founded their own Transformation Consulting Firm called IdeaVaults LLC and worked as a Founder and Principal Consultant. Raj then joined NYU Langone Health as a Consultant, specializing in digital engagement and leadership. Their most recent role is as Vice President of Technology at HomeServe USA.

Raj Athreya has a strong education background in finance, international business, and engineering and management. Raj completed an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services at Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1998. Prior to that, they earned an MBA specializing in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade between 1993 and 1995. Raj also holds a four-year degree in Engineering and Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, which they obtained from 1989 to 1993.
