Fred Rodriguez has extensive work experience, starting in 1997 as EVP Operations at Affinion Group, where they remained for 18 years until 2015. In 2012, they also served as Treasurer at March of Dimes of Middle Tennessee for three years. Since 2015, Fred has been with HomeServe USA, where they have held several roles including Executive Vice President of Business Operations, Chief Transformation Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information & Transformation Officer, and currently serves as the Chief Information and Process Officer.

Fred Rodriguez completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Connecticut School of Business between the years 1985 and 1989.
