David Schildberg

David Schildberg has extensive experience in compliance and quality assurance within the mortgage industry. Currently serving as Compliance Manager and Compliance Consultant at HomeServices Lending, LLC since September 2014, David has previously held roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Work Director from November 2010 to July 2014. Earlier in career, David worked as a Loan Documentation Specialist at Wells Fargo Financial from June 2009 to November 2010. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, Finance, and Economics from Central College, which was attained between 2005 and 2009.
