Rich Horton III

Rich Horton III has extensive work experience in the property management and insurance industries. Rich is currently serving as the Vice President at HomeServices Property Management since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Regional Director at Long & Foster Companies from February 2019 to March 2023. Additionally, they held various roles at Long & Foster Insurance, including Regional Sales Manager from January 2015 to February 2019, Regional Team Leader from April 2013 to January 2015, Senior Insurance Sales Agent from January 2011 to April 2013, and Insurance Sales Representative from March 2009 to January 2011.

Rich Horton III completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Music, and Classics from Montclair State University from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Financial Planning and Services from New York University.
