Wendy Biggs has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Wendy is currently working as the Director of Operations at HomeSmart Realty Group, where they oversee the Operations Team and ensures efficient functioning of Agent Services, Paperwork, and Closing Departments. Wendy is skilled in developing staff and implementing effective procedures to optimize team performance. Prior to this, Wendy worked as an Office/Scheduling Manager at National TAB from 2017 to 2022. From 2014 to 2017, they owned and managed a Home Daycare. Wendy also has experience in the hospitality industry, having worked at Omni Hotels as an Assistant Front Office Manager from 2013 to 2014 and as a Lead Front Desk Agent from 2011 to 2013. Wendy started their career at Courtyard Marriott where they held positions as a Front Desk Supervisor from 2007 to 2011 and as an Accounting Assistant from 2008 to 2010.
Wendy Biggs attended the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
