Erika Martinez Rotolo possesses extensive experience in hospitality and event management, currently serving as a key member of the core leadership team at HomeState since January 2019, contributing to company-wide goals. Prior to this role, Erika worked as a Hospitality Consultant with Cast Iron Partners, supporting restaurant concepts from development to opening day, and established efficient business processes. As the Owner of 8e8 Events and Designs, Erika specialized in creative event planning from 2013 to 2017. Erika also co-owned and operated DOS URBAN CANTINA LLC, where responsibilities included the development of front-of-house systems. Earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants as Office Manager and Director of Special Events, managing financial metrics, and serving as Executive Coordinator for Carondelet Health Network, where Erika managed bookkeeping and database development.

Our flour tortillas are made to order, by hand, and served hot off the comal, etc. Our brisket, queso and salsas; are made from whole foods, in-house, every day. Our locations in Hollywood and Highland Park are filled with friendly people, great music and a Playa Vista location is slated to open in March, 2019.
