Carlee Wineholt

Carlee Wineholt has a strong background in property and project management. Carlee began their career at Parkway Properties as a Property Administrator in 2015 before transitioning to Endeavor Real Estate Group as a Property Assistant in 2016. In 2018, they joined Stream Realty Partners as a Property Administrator and later was promoted to Assistant Property Manager, where they worked until 2021.

In 2021, Carlee joined Nobleview Rentals as a Project Manager, where they stayed until early 2022. Carlee then worked as a Project Manager at Doorstead, overseeing multiple residential property renovations and maintaining relationships with property owners, vendors, and field associates.

Currently, Carlee is a Brokerage Account Manager at HomeStory, where they are responsible for analyzing performance with over 300 brokerages and providing assistance with program inquiries. Carlee also introduced a new performance review process to enhance partner relationships. Carlee'swork experience demonstrates their ability to manage projects efficiently, build professional relationships, and solve problems effectively.

Carlee Wineholt pursued their education at Indiana University Bloomington from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Telecommunications. In 2014, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at Vesalius College, where they focused on Art/Art Studies.
