Dale Conrad

Dale Conrad has over 34 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in construction finance and lending. Dale currently holds the role of VP Construction Finance at HomeStreet Bank since April 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Branch Manager at Washington Federal from August 2016 to April 2020. Dale also held various positions at Bank of the Cascades, Zions Bank, Mountain West Bank, Washington Mutual Savings Bank, and Key Bank, where they gained extensive experience in construction lending and mortgage banking.

Dale Conrad attended Idaho State University from 1968 to 1973, where they received a B.S. in Psychology. Dale also briefly attended the College of Southern Idaho from 1968 to 1969, focusing on Psychology.
