Adina Duchanov

Adina Duchanov has a long and varied work experience. In 2021, they began working as an HR Manager for Hometalk. From 2009 to 2021, they held multiple positions at FXCM, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Representative. In 2009, they were Acting Director of E-learning Services for Green Point Technology Services. In 2008, they were Acting HR Director for Green Point Technology Services, where they were responsible for implementing HR policies and procedures, labor laws, and intake and outtake of employees. From 2005 to 2008, they were a Human Resources Generalist for IDT Global Israel, where they handled and resolved ongoing employee issues in context of company policy and Israeli labor law. In 2003, they began working for The Nation Traffic, where they were responsible for media buying, online and offline projects, brand management, campaign management, and providing campaign partners with marketing materials.

Adina Duchanov attended Frisch High School from 1994 to 1998. Adina then attended Touro University from 2000 to 2004, earning a BA in Management with a specialization in Marketing. In 2011, they attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they earned a Certification in Human Resource Management and Development. In addition, Adina has obtained several certifications from the American Management Association, including Training the Trainer (2012), Difficult Performance Reviews (2010), and Recruiting, Interviewing and Selecting Employees (2010).
