Erica Palsis

Erica Palsis is currently the Chief Legal Officer at Carrot Fertility since January 2024 and serves as a Board Member for Homethrive, Inc. since 2023. Previously, Erica held the position of General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Cue Health Inc. from February 2021 to December 2023. Erica's experience also includes serving as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Privacy Officer at Livongo from March 2017 to October 2020, where efforts focused on legal, privacy, compliance, and regulatory affairs, notably advising on a significant Initial Public Offering and a major merger in the digital health sector. Earlier roles include VP, Associate General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Privacy Officer at Allscripts from March 2010 to March 2017 and positions as Corporate Counsel and Associate Corporate Counsel. Erica holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
