Trey Coleman, CCIM has over three decades of experience in the banking and real estate industry. Trey started their career at SunTrust where they completed a management training program and worked as a commercial lender. Trey then joined Bank of America where they held various roles, including Senior commercial lender and team leader for corporate and commercial real estate lending. After leaving Bank of America, Trey worked at Merry Land & Investment Company, where they served as an Acquisition Manager, identifying apartment complexes for purchase. Trey also founded Richmond Capital Partners, a consultancy that specialized in assisting troubled companies in real estate and light manufacturing industries. Trey has held positions at the Appalachian Regional Commission, Union Planters Bank, First Tennessee Bank, U.S. Bank, and HomeTrust Banking partnership. In their most recent role as a Regional President - Senior Vice President at HomeTrust Banking Partnership, Trey managed commercial lending in the Knoxville market and had regional managerial responsibilities for the Morristown market. Trey led a team of lenders, set loan/fee goals, and managed their own portfolio of customers and prospects.

Trey Coleman, CCIM, has a solid education background. Trey completed their Masters of Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2000. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Finance - Banking from the Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University, graduating in 1989. Trey'sacademic journey began at George Walton Comprehensive High School where they completed their high school education from 1979 to 1983.

In addition to their formal education, Trey Coleman has also obtained the CCIM certification from the institution Certified Commercial Investment Manager in March 1996.
