Shanon O'Connor is an experienced professional with a strong background in STEMM education and leadership. Currently serving as the Director at TŌNUI Collab since May 2019, Shanon focuses on creating transformative and collaborative learning experiences for young people. Additional roles include Board Member at Te Matarau - the Māori Tech Association and Executive Council member at EdTechNZ. Shanon also contributes as Faculty 6 for Homeward Bound Projects, which supports women in STEMM globally. Previous positions include Centre Director and EdTech Educator at The Mind Lab, teacher at Te Wharau School, and various roles in communications and information analysis. Shanon holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Contemporary Education and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington.
