Brittany O'Neil

Brittany O'Neil has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Brittany began their career in 2012 as a Store Supervisor at TD Bank. Brittany then worked as a Post Closer at MSA Mortgage LLC for a brief period before joining Salem Five Bank as a Loan Analyst Assistant. In 2013, they also gained experience as a Mortgage Technology Assistant at Randstad.

From 2014 to 2015, O'Neil worked as a Project Coordinator / Business Analyst at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation before moving on to become an Encompass 360 Configuration Analyst at PHH Mortgage from 2015 to 2017. During this time, they also held the position of Encompass Analyst and Solutions Architect at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation.

In 2017, O'Neil returned to Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation in the role of Encompass Analyst. Brittany then joined American Bancshares Mortgage, LLC as an Encompass Manager in 2022 and transitioned to their current role of Encompass Admin at Homeward in 2023.

Throughout their career, O'Neil has gained expertise in Encompass administration and configuration, mortgage analysis, project coordination, and business analysis.

Brittany O'Neil obtained an Associates and Bachelors degree in Networking and Software Engineering from the University of Phoenix, completing their education from 2010 to 2014.
