Ann Lawrenz

Ann Lawrenz currently holds the position of Manager of Operations & Human Resources at HomeWell Care Services since August 2023. Previously, Ann served as the Director of Groups & Women's Ministry at Grace Point NWA from August 2015 to November 2022, where responsibilities included identifying and developing adult small group leaders and encouraging active member participation. Ann also held the role of Director of Female Students, providing pastoral support for female students in grades 6-12 and coordinating bible study groups. Earlier in Ann's career, from September 1997 to May 2010, as Store Sales Manager at EXPRESS, Ann created strong teams focused on sales performance and customer service, managing a workforce of thirty to one hundred employees. Ann holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Missouri State University.
