Stephen W. Dixon

Stephen W. Dixon has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at CAMICO Mutual Insurance Company since October 2000. In this role, Stephen is responsible for corporate strategy development and advising senior management on organizational matters. With previous positions including Human Resources Consultant at Abraham Aaron Employee & Consulting Services and Valerie Frederickson & Company, as well as managerial roles at The Good Guys, Bechtel Corporation, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Stephen has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and culture development. Stephen holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
