Charlie Discoe

Charlie Discoe is a Development Solutions Engineer at American Honda Motor Company, Inc. since January 2024. Prior to this, Charlie worked as an Aluminum Machining Engineering Co-op and Quality Engineering Co-op at the same company, focusing on maintenance fixture redesign, warranty claim investigations, and countermeasure development for vehicle defects. Before joining Honda, Charlie also gained experience as an Assembly Engineering Co-op at Toyota Motor Corporation and Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC. Charlie holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University College of Engineering.
