Desyana Naili

Desyana Naili has a diverse work experience in the banking and retail industries. Desyana started their career as a Teller at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. in 2010 and later became an Operations Officer. In 2016, they joined Bank Perkreditan Rakyat as an Account Officer until 2019. Desyana then worked as a Relationship Manager at PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk from February to August 2020. In 2022, Desyana became a Store Manager at Bening's Indonesia but left in February 2023. Desyana then joined Bank Kalsel as a Sales Marketing employee until October 2023. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Honda, starting from October 2023.

Desyana Naili pursued their higher education from 2015 to 2019 at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi (STIE) Pancasetia Banjarmasin. There, they completed their degree in Sarjana Manajemen and focused their studies on the field of Ilmu Manajemen, or Management Science.
