Waqas Shamshad

Waqas Shamshad has extensive experience in human resources, specializing in compensation, benefits, payroll management, and talent management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at Honda Atlas Cars (Pakistan) Limited since December 2016, Waqas oversees HR strategies, employee engagement, and policy development. Previous roles include Senior Assistant Manager at Chughtais Lahore Lab, managing payroll processes, and HR/Admin and Compliance responsibilities at H. Nizam Din & Sons. Waqas has also contributed to the human resources functions at Haier and the Master Group of Companies, alongside initial experience as a Trainee HR at Eden Housing. Waqas holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the National University of Modern Languages and has completed a Diploma in Business Management from Forman Christian College.
