Ruturaj Tavakari has extensive experience in project management and quality engineering, currently serving as Manager - Projects & New Product Development at Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. since September 2014. Ruturaj successfully implemented Agile methodologies to streamline project processes, significantly improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Assistant Manager and Senior Executive, where Ruturaj leveraged the DST-PDCA tool to address critical problems and led cross-functional teams to resolve vehicle quality issues. Earlier work includes a position as Quality Engineer at Toyota Kirloskar Motor, focusing on quality engineering and supplier quality development, and serving as Vice President at Onyx, The National Institute Of Engineering. Ruturaj holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the National Institute Of Engineering.
