Qiang Zhang

Qiang Zhang is a Senior Scientist at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc. since December 2021, with prior experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Aalto University School of Science and Technology from November 2016 to November 2021, where research focused on CNT film fabrication and direct synthesis of graphene. Qiang Zhang worked briefly as an Engineer at Canatu in 2021 and served as a Research Assistant at the Chinese Academy of Sciences from September 2010 to September 2016, specializing in high-yield tubular CNT film fabrication and continuous CNT fibers. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from the Institute of Physics (IOP), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), and a Master's degree in Material Engineering from the same institution. During the postdoctoral tenure, Qiang Zhang contributed to the mentorship of four PhD candidates and one master's candidate.
