Brad McGinity has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2010, they worked at IDEA Fund Partners as a Venture Capital Fellow, where they conducted research, due diligence, and presented investment proposals to partners. Brad also had a role at Windsor Circle, Inc. as a Co-founder, VP Sales, and Board Member until it was acquired by WhatCounts/OSG in 2017. At Voxpopme, they served as a Consultant/Advisor. From 2017 to 2018, Brad was the Chief Revenue Officer at 15Five, leading sales, marketing, customer success, and other teams. Brad then became an Angel Investor at Pendo.io, Atrium - Data Driven Sales Management, and Origin Ventures. Brad McGinity completed their education with an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School from 2009 to 2011. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, spanning from 2001 to 2004. Brad'searlier academic background includes studies at Loyola Blakefield from 1995 to 2001.
