Chloe T. is the Founder and Principal of Chloe & Co. Coaching and Consulting, established in January 2015, providing expert advisory services in leadership effectiveness and team development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Director at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Chloe coaches MBA students and alumni while designing workshops focused on leadership and career transitions. Additional roles include Executive Coach and Workshop Facilitator at Affinity Space and Zenger Folkman, and providing leadership development at St. Charles Consulting Group and Admired Leadership. With extensive experience in coaching senior leaders and managing leadership development programs, Chloe has also held positions at Dropbox and VNS Health, supported by a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
