John Kieser

John Kieser has a extensive work experience in the arts and media industry. John served as President and CEO of Honens, a prestigious international piano competition, where they prepared laureates for professional careers in music. Before that, they worked as an Arts & Media Consultant at JDJKConsulting, collaborating with executive teams to create strategic vision and execute innovative programs. John also held the position of Director of Partnerships at IDAGIO, where they developed partnerships in the music industry. In addition, Kieser worked at New World Symphony as an Executive Producer, managing content development and engaging with online audiences. John was also the Executive Vice President and Provost, overseeing musical and professional development programs. Kieser's earlier experience includes being a Consultant at San Francisco Symphony and a Faculty Member at IMZ Academy, where they focused on integrating technology and digital media into music education. John began their career as an Orchestra Manager at the National Arts Centre.

John Kieser attended the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto from 1965 to 1973. John then pursued a Bachelor of Music degree at the University of Toronto from 1973 to 1978, specializing in the field of music.
