Tommy Giraux

Tommy Giraux has extensive work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Tommy started their career as a PR and Events Assistant at A-Com in 2006, where they completed an internship. Tommy then moved on to Costa Coffee in 2007, where they worked as a General Manager for two years. From 2009 to 2014, they joined itsu as a General Manager, gaining further experience in the role. In 2014, Tommy joined Honest Burgers Ltd, initially working as a General Manager before progressing to the role of Area Development Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing and opening 14 sites in Central London and the regions, ensuring restaurant standards, and implementing operational changes. Tommy later became the Operations Manager and Regional Director of Operations, before taking on their current position as Head of Projects in June 2020.

Tommy Giraux obtained their Master's degree in Business Management and Communication from OMNES Education. Tommy attended the institution from 2005 to 2007.
